We are currently investigating a critical technical error affecting FLOW Radio and FLOW Xtra, which is causing service downtime and making our radio broadcasts temporarily inaccessible. Our technical team has been actively investigating the issue since 11:00am today. At this stage, the disruption is not believed to be the result of a malicious attack. To minimise further disruption, we will shortly be implementing back-up streaming services while we continue to identify and resolve the root cause of the issue. We are also working closely with our data centre providers to assist in restoring full service as quickly as possible. The affected sites are: www.FLOWRadio.net www.WeAreFLOW.net www.FLOWRadio.co.uk www.FLOWForum.net www.SimplyHitsFM.com www.WantedFM.uk You can still listen live to our stations via smart speakers, other radio providers, myTuner, and on your TV. The FLOW Network is currently carrying out an upgrade to its radio broadcasting infrastructure as part of ongoing improvements to service reliability and performance. During this maintenance window, listeners may experience temporary interruptions or be unable to listen live to FLOW Radio and FLOW Xtra across all platforms. No action is required from listeners at this time. We expect the upgrade to be completed and normal service fully restored by 17:30 GMT on 02 January 2026.
